Event Permit

Documents Required
  1. Event Permit Request (in case of applying through customer service center)
  2. Soft copy of Structural drawings and calculation stamped by specialized contractor (applicable for events where temporary  construction is involved)
  3. Event Organizer Trade License
  4. Detailed layout showing location of all stages and other facilities (soft copy)
  5. NOC from Master Developer
  6. NOC from relevant Authorities
  7. Risk Assessment , HSE Plan and Risk Compliance method statement covering all activities (for all stages mobilization, operation and dismantling) (applicable for event involving temporary structures only)
  8. Event Agenda and Emergency Plan
Fees
  • Small scale events of area less than 500 sq. ft. National Day Events, Government Sponsored events and other non-Commercial events (AED 500+ Structural Fees AED 1,000 (if applicable))
  • Standard Fees (AED 1.0 per ft2 of relevant (Minimum AED 500, Maximum AED 5,000+ Structural fees of AED 1,000 if applicable))
  • Any new additional area or extension of the existing facilities other than the originally (AED 0.025 per ft2 of relevant area)
  • Any new additional area or extension of the existing facilities other than the originally approved ones. (AED 1.0 per ft2 (Minimum AED 500, Maximum AED 5,000+ Structural fees of AED 1,000 if applicable))
  • Fast Track: AED 5,000
An additional fees of AED 10 as “Knowledge Dirham” and AED 10 as “Innovation Dirham” is applicable per transaction.  
Duration
  • Normal Submission:3 working days
  • Fast Track Submission: 2 working days

 

Important Notes: Any legal documents consisting of more than one page must be sealed. The Power of Attorney shall clearly set out the delegated powers and needs to be accompanied with a valid passport copy of the Attorney-in-fact when presented to the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to request for any additional documents or attestations by the UAE embassy or other embassies or government entities it may require, as and when necessary. Board Resolution and/or Power of Attorney is required from the Manager: this should state the Manager's full name, nationality and passport number. The legal documents must be in English and /or Arabic. Documents prepared in any other language other than English or Arabic must be legally and officially translated.
