Free Zone Limited Liability Company
Dubai Development Authority enables new businesses to register a Free Zone Limited Liability Company (FZ-LLC) as a separate legal entity, with shareholders being individuals and/or corporates.
Branch of a Foreign/UAE Company
Dubai Development Authority enables owners of Foreign or a UAE company to establish a branch in its Free Zone. A branch is considered a place of business that forms a legally dependent part of the parent company and conducts all or some of the operations inherent in the parent’s business.
Freelancer (Sole Professional License)
Dubai Development Authority offers professionals who look to operate independently to apply for a Freelance License. The Freelance License enables independent professionals, to conduct their profession by their birth name as opposed to a brand name.
