Our team will schedule a mediation session between both parties after 3 working days.
Both the parties will attend the mediation session with a member of the DDA Workforce Affairs to help facilitate and amicably try to resolve the issue and hand.
Based on the outcome of the session, the case will either be “resolved” or “referred to court” with the final documents in court letter e-mailed to both the parties.
