Dubai Development Authority Workforce Affairs provide guidance and mediation services for all workplace-related issues (covering both sponsored and permitted non-sponsored employees under DDA) to ensure a peace of mind and minimum hassle for both the employer and employee.

Dubai Development Authority Employment Disputes team works closely with all concerned parties to resolve employment related disputes. The team provides guidance as well as two types of mediation, whether the dispute was filed by the employee or the employer.

Step 1
Submit your dispute using the above link.
Pay
Step 2
Our team will schedule a mediation session between both parties after 3 working days.
Feedback
Step 3
Both the parties will attend the mediation session with a member of the DDA Workforce Affairs to help facilitate and amicably try to resolve the issue and hand.
Resolve
Step 4
Based on the outcome of the session, the case will either be “resolved” or “referred to court” with the final documents in court letter e-mailed to both the parties.
