Description This service enables Consultants and Contractors holding a valid trade license from Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) or Dubai Development Authority (DDA) to register with DDA Planning & Development to be eligible to apply for services.

Service Fees
  • New Registration : AED 250
  • Renewal of registration on the expiry of DED license: AED 250 per renewal
Required Documents For New Registration
  • Copy of Master User valid Emirates ID (back and front).
  • Master User Delegation of Authority (to be submitted in company letterhead).
  • Copy of valid Trade License
  • Registration Certificate from Dubai Land Department (for Building Surveyor Activity only)
For Registration Renewal
  • Copy of valid Trade License
  • Registration Certificate from Dubai Land Department (for Building Surveyor Activity only)
Notes
  • New and Renewal Registration requests can be initiated though Zoning e-Services only
  • Registration with DDA does not overlook DED Licensing
  • Registration is valid for 1 year
