Service Fees
  • AED 5,000 per year

An additional fee of AED 10 as “Knowledge Dirham” and AED 10 as “Innovation Dirham” is applicable per transaction
Required Documents
  • Location map (site)/Site Plan
  • Request from Dubai Municipality to obtain the Structural Completion Certificate
  • Structural calculations and drawings (soft copy)
  • NOC from Dubai Civil Defence
Notes
  • This service is applicable to all non-free zone areas through Advertising Single Window Application
  • DDA reviews and issues Structural NOC after which, customer shall apply for DDA Structural Completion Certificate through Advertising Single Window Application
