Service Hours

  • Customer Service Centre:

     Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.

     Friday from 7:30 am to 12 pm.
Estimated Time to Deliver
  • New: 5 Working Days
  • Renewal: Immediately
Service Fees
  • New: AED 1,500
  • Renewal of Maintenance Permit: AED 200 (for 3 months) up to 1 year from the date of permit issuance
An additional fee of AED 10 as “Knowledge Dirham” and AED 10 as “Innovation Dirham” is applicable per transaction
Required Documents
  • Maintenance Permit Request (In case of applying through customer service center)
    • For New permit only:
  • Contractor appointment letter from owner/ tenant
  • Photo of the building current status
  • Method of repair
Notes The approved permit is valid for 1 year

  • Complete the application
  • Upload the required documents
