An additional fee of AED 10 as “Knowledge Dirham” and AED 10 as “Innovation Dirham” is applicable per transaction
Required Documents For Issuance of Provisional Certificate of Continuity:

 

For Continuation of Registration: Post Registration:
  • Certificate of De-Registration issued by the registrar of companies in the overseas jurisdiction

     
Notes Resolution and Directors' Declaration is required to be (Notarized by Notary Public & Attested by UAE Embassy)
