  • Director(s) Resolution
  • Valid copy of Trade License of the audit firm (Registered in UAE)
  • RICC Form (Registry Identification Code Form - Corporate) for the auditor
Notes
  • Resolution is required to be Notarized by Notary Public & Attested by UAE Embassy for corporate member(s).
  • All constitutional documents more than one page must be sealed
