Service Fees
  • AED 200 (with the cap of 1000.00 AED)

An additional fee of AED 10 as “Knowledge Dirham” and AED 10 as “Innovation Dirham” is applicable per transaction
Required Documents
  • Valid Passport Copy of Director(s) (For Newly Appointed))
  • Member(s) Resolution
  • RIC Form (Registry Identification Code Form) of Director(s) (For Newly Appointed)
Notes
  • Resolution is required to be Notarized by Notary Public & Attested by UAE Embassy for corporate member(s).
  • All constitutional documents more than one page must be sealed
  • At least one director is required to be active at all times
