Service Fees
  • AED 200
  • AED 500 (Article of Association Amendment)
An additional fees of AED 10 as “Knowledge Dirham” and AED 10 as “Innovation Dirham” is applicable per transaction

  • Resolution is required to be Notarized by Notary Public & Attested by UAE Embassy for corporate member(s).
