Service Fees AED 500 (Article of Association Amendment)
Required Documents
  • Passport Copy of the legal heir(s)
  • Request for transmission of Shares, signed by the legal heir(s) / Legal Representatives of the legal heir(s)
  • Death Certificate Copy of the deceased shareholder(s)
  • Execution order/ Succession Certificate from the Dubai Courts
  • RIC Form (Registry Identification Code Form) for the legal heir(s)
Notes In case the deceased shareholder was General Manager/ Director, then apply for change of General Manager/ Director.
