Commitment to Transparency and Accountability


Dubai Development Authority is committed to promoting transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct. The Authority supports the right of individuals to report suspected fraud, suspicious wrongdoing and/or illegal act, misconduct, or unethical behaviour through a confidential and safe channel.


What Can Be Reported?


    1. Non-compliance with Laws and Policies.
    2. Corruption.
    3. Fraud & Theft.
    4. Bribery & Extortion.
    5. Conflict of Interest.
    6. Any other significant matters.

Human Capital  related complaints or grievances matters must be submitted directly to the internal Human Capital Department through the designated official channels, and any such submissions to Whistleblower will not be processed.

Whistleblower Protection


The identity of whistleblower reporting concerns will be kept confidential, and the whistleblower will be protected against victimization or harm as a result of reporting any violations, fraud, or unethical issues, provided the matter is reported in good faith.

Confidentiality


All data and information provided by the whistleblower will be kept confidential to the maximum extent possible consistent with the investigation neither Authority nor any of its employees have the right to disclose such information or use it for any purpose other than the intended purposes.
