     Friday from 7:30 am to 12 pm.

Service Fees
  • AED 3000 per transaction

An additional fee of AED 10 as “Knowledge Dirham” and AED 10 as “Innovation Dirham” is applicable per transaction
Required Documents For Registration:
  • Original signed Share Pledge Agreement
  • Original signed Share Pledge Registration application
  • RICC Form (Registry Identification Code Form - Corporate) from Bank/Finance institute
  • Copy of license or Registration Certificate of Bank/Finance Institute
  • Endorsed share certificates.
  • Original Powers of Attorney (POA) and/or Authorizing Resolutions
  • Passport copies and Emirates ID for the persons signing on behalf of the Pledgor and Pledgee
For Amendment:
  • Original Share Pledge Registration Amendment Application Form
  • Original Amendment to the existing Share Pledge Agreement
  • Endorsement of the new share certificate
  • Original Powers of Attorney (POA) and/or Authorizing Resolutions
  • Passport copies and Emirates ID for the persons signing on behalf of the Pledgor and Pledgee
For Termination:
  • Share pledge registration termination application
  • Original or true copy of the POA of bank, granting authority to the signatory to sign documents on behalf of the bank with respect to release of share pledge
  • Passport copy and ID for the attorney
  • Release letter from Bank
Notes Power of Attorney is required to be Notarized by Notary Public & Attested by UAE Embassy.
