     Friday from 7:30 am to 12 pm.

Service Fees
  • AED 10000

An additional fee of AED 10 as “Knowledge Dirham” and AED 10 as “Innovation Dirham” is applicable per transaction
Required Documents For Issuance of NOC from DDA: For Issuance of De-Registration Certificate:
  • Application for Deregistration
  • Clearances from all relevant entities including DHAM Finance, Leasing Dept, Government Services (GSO), Dubai Customs (if applicable)
Notes
  • Resolution and Directors' Declaration is required to be (Notarized by Notary Public & Attested by UAE Embassy)
  • Please note, in order to issue a deregistration certificate, clearance from leasing, finance and other departments must be provided.
